Roger Montgomery has successfully negotiated $222 million in contracts, both in the NBA and internationally. He holds a deep and comprehensive understanding of professional sports as a former athlete and a former member of basketball operations for the NBA Championship Houston Rockets (1994-95).

Montgomery has a proven track record working with the biggest and most reputable names in the industry. Most recently, he left Roc Nation (2016-19) to fulfill his entrepreneurial dream of building the agency and team that became Montgomery Sports Group.
